1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the corporate website agensp.com and describes information handling in its current configuration. It does not replace policies that may apply to independent products, platforms or websites developed by AGENSP, including NESSTORY and VOMKET.

2. Responsible party and contact

AGENSP is responsible for the content and operation of this corporate website. Privacy or personal-data questions may be sent to hola@agensp.com.

3. Data handled through the contact form

When a person uses the contact form on agensp.com, AGENSP receives the information voluntarily provided: name, email address, inquiry topic, organization or company when supplied, and the message content. This information is transmitted to the corporate mailbox hola@agensp.com for the purpose of receiving, responding to and following up on the inquiry.

The form does not currently create its own contact database on the website. Information received may remain in the corporate mailbox for the period reasonably necessary to handle the communication and comply with applicable obligations.

4. Purpose

Information submitted through the form is used to answer inquiries, discuss products, partnerships, collaborations or institutional opportunities, and provide the follow-up requested by the sender. AGENSP does not use the form to automatically enroll people in advertising or marketing lists.
